Casaverse is a real estate startup helping people find their dream rental or property for sale in Dubai. They wanted a tech-driven, dynamic brand identity that would stand out from the traditional, corporate real estate branding.

The real estate industry is filled with strict, corporate aesthetics, and Casaverse wanted to break the rules. Still, we needed to understand the buyer personas and cultural specifics on the market and don’t overdo the boldness. The goal was to create a modern, digital-first identity that still felt customer-centric and culturally aware in the Dubai market.
We started with in-depth style research and a moodboard to define the project's creative direction. The vision — a brand that resonates with clients on a personal level, yet feels confident, casual and digitally driven.
The new Casaverse colours are exactly what they needed to break free from the traditional real estate aesthetic. We chose a vibrant, colorful palette that makes the brand feel modern and memorable.
A major focus was the logo design. Casaverse is a blend of "casa" (home) and "verse" (universe), symbolizing a world of homes. We reflected this in the logo by designing a house-shaped mark with a star in the center, representing both the universe and the dream home that Casaverse helps people find.
We also didn't forget about the stationery and document design. We prepared print-ready files so that Casaverse's documentation would be consistent while communicating with customers. The design team also developed a merch design for the T-shirt.
As for the web design, the biggest challenge was to combine visual elements with the apartment for rent. For the website, we used the existing brand color palette, focusing on dark blue.
When creating the layout of future pages, we placed a large number of CTA elements to emphasize the message to purchase and view the property. For such buttons, we used light blue, which was well highlighted on the dark background of the site. Finally, we adapted the design for the mobile version so that Casaverse's customers could enjoy the site even from their phones.
